Stimulate metabolism, promote balance of body weight.

Used for centuries by the populations of Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay and Paraguay, Mate was one of the countless "discoveries" that Europeans exported from the New World.
In particular, they were the Jesuit missionaries who learned from the Indios Guarani to use the leaves of this plant to prepare a beneficial and invigorating infusion: even today Mate is called "Jesuit Tea" in the West.
The Mate (Ilex paraguariensis) is an evergreen plant, similar to our holly, which in the wild can reach 20 m in height. Today it is widely cultivated in the regions of origin and in the South American continent all consuming it daily.
Branches cut and collected in gluttons are immediately exposed in front of a fire of wood, to block the enzymes that would cause the fermentation and blackening of the leaves. A subsequent drying in the oven then allows to separate the fragile leaves that smuggled into the name of: Yerba Mate.
Erbamea has formulated a line of three supplements to offer all the precious virtues of Mate, useful for stimulating metabolism, promoting balance of body weight and assisting normal drainage of body fluids.

Products from the Yerbamate line should be used as part of a low calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods of more than three weeks, it is advisable to hear the doctor's opinion. They contain caffeine: they are not recommended for children and during pregnancy and lactation.
Supplements should not be considered as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
